After so many fail attempts, then I realized that what I lack is basic thing i.e., Weight Loss Education, How our body do weight loss, basic daily nutrition. I enroll with online coach they guided me end to end in WhatsApp calls and messages. I realized that its very convenient rather than going to gym or consult dietitian all the time. Through online the coach is just a message away that you can approach him any time. Then I did my Diploma in Dietitian and Nutrition. Furter, I studied and become Certified Fitness Expert. I realized that if you have the basic knowledge of Nutrition and Fitness, then without compromising your lifestyle you can eat almost all the things, you can hang with friends and family outside and achieve your weight loss. You just need to know that what you need to eat and how much you need to each at different events. Believe me, no one surrounding you will realize that you are on dieting, but you are actually! It’s amazing, but only if we have the knowledge. In 2 months, I did my weight loss from 93Kg to 75 kg and then in another month from 75Kg to 68Kg.
